I'm Bryan, an investor-focused Realtor who specializes in flip house opportunities, as well as off market opportunities. I have been in real estate for 3 years, with a background in sales for the last 25 years, as well as business ownership, major retail management, both providing strength in finance management, ROI, as well as management of subcontractors. I am very passionate about helping my clients and investors with whatever needs they may have, allowing for success in building either short term wealth or a long-term portfolio. When I am not actively working in real estate, I am a firefighter and first responder. My passion has always been about helping others with open and honest communication, regardless of the situation. I am also married and a proud father of 1 son who is also an entrepreneur. I’ve spent the last three years in real estate after a decade in banking, which gives me a strong understanding of both the property side and the financial side of investing.
